Product Description
SADLER. STEP INTO FREEDOM
Specifically designed for those with limited flexibility, the Sadler is an entirely new concept in chairlift design. The Sadler offers a unique alternative to traditional and fully seated style stairlifts, helping you maintain a more upright position at the same time as allowing the majority of your weight to be held by the seat, minimising the need for your legs to support your weight. The Sadler is also perfect for those with limited movement in their joints or hips, allowing you to exit the chair without needing the assistance of a second person.
Features
1. Arm-to-footrest link When you fold the arms up, the footrest will fold up as well automatically. When not using your stairlift, this feature also works in reverse, where folding up the arm rests automatically folds up the footrest. This eliminates any uncomfortable bending down to fold the footrest away.
2. Easy-to-use controls Intuitive arm control makes operating the Sadler effortless. Simply nudge the controller towards the direction you want to go and your chairlift will take you effortlessly up your stairs.
3. Saddle-style Seat The saddle-style seat enables you to maintain a more upright posture and minimises the weight needed to support your legs. The assisted seat feature offers easy entry and exit from the chair. During installation, the seat height can be adjusted to custom fit you.
4. Easy to use seatbelt Use the specially designed seatbelt which can be fastened directly with one hand. The immobiliser seatbelt ensures that thechairlift will not operate unless the seatbelt is fastenedsecurely and will stop if the seatbelt is unfastened.
5. Safety Sensors located on the footrest and carriage can automatically detect any potential obstruction on your stairs. This brings your Sadler to a prompt yet safe stop. For safety reasons, the stairlift will not operate unless the downside arm is lowered first. The seat has soft ridges that offer extra grip whilst riding.
Your Sadler has a dual rail for added strength and stability. The upholstery offers a selection of five neutral tones of durable, long wearing, woven fabric that harmonises wonderfully with your décor and leaves a warm and welcoming feeling. The rail comes in a standard pearl shade, perfect for blending into any home.
Step by Step Guide
1. Fold your Sadler against the wall when not using to give others ample space to use the stairs.
2. To unfold your Sadler, just lower the arms and the footrest unfolds too
3. A gentle movement of the control is all that’s needed to make your Sadler moveseemleslyup or down the stairs.
4. When you arrive at the top of the stairs, the assisted seat tilts to help you ease off the seat for the safest exit possible.
5. When not in use at the top of your stairs your Sadler can be left in the open position to create an added safety barrier.
6. The wall mounted remote controller allows you to receive or send your Sadler to either the top or bottom of the stairs.
