The Tilt in Space chair is a specialty Lifting Chair designed for people with hip and back flexion problems. This Chair is specifically designed to keep the hip to back angle the same, rather than reclining the backrest the chair will tilt back allowing for a more relaxed seating position without “stretching out” the back. This lifting chair also offers the highest leg-elevation out of our entire range of recliners.

Each Tilt in Space Chair is custom made to ensure a perfect fit for each individual. One of our highly trained consultants will take your measurements and assess your seating position. Alternatively or additionally we always recommend booking a consultation with a Professional Occupation Therapist (OT), who will be able to give you further advice and recommendations for the optimum design of your chair helping us to achieve the best possible seating position for YOU.

You will be able to choose from many different materials and fabrics, tailoring your new recliner to your style and your home! Choose from fabric, leather, vinyl and other advanced waterproof material options. Experiment with different colour combinations or make the contours stand out more by using a different coloured fabric for your piping!

Every custom-built chair is manufactured 100% locally in WA and comes with a complimentary 5-year warranty on the motor, frame, upholstery and padding. To allow for smooth and comfortable adjustments, the mechanism used is of the highest quality and operate at a very low noise level. This single motor chair is effortless to use as the remote only features two buttons. It allows you to sit upright as on regular lounge chair, lift the legs while keeping your backrest straight or tilt back further for additional relaxation or even a nap. The above average leg lift height will help with circulation in legs, feet and ankles, assisting in reducing painful swelling.
