The two independent motors allow you to individually control the movement of the chairs backrest and leg rest which in return enables you to fully customize your seating position, providing you with an enormous range of possibilities. 

As the name suggest the most outstanding feature of this chair is the opportunity to turn your chair into a bed by reclining the headrest into a horizontal position and raising the leg rest. However, whether you want to use your chair as a bed for added comfort during naps, or simply watch television with your legs raised the Bed Chair will indulge you.

Backrest Options

All our imported dual-motor lifter chairs come with the classic back. This style of backrest offers a lightly contoured backrest, to assist you with maintaining a good posture while seated. For neck and head support there is a flip-cushion, which can be moved up or down or removed completely. A convenient zip located at the back of it, allows you to adjust the stuffing.

If you choose the option of a bespoke WA-made bed chair you can choose from an additional backrest style, the two-roll comfort back. As the name suggests the two roll comfort back consists of two "rolls" of fabric that provide a cloud-like soft back-support. Both of the rolls have zipps at the back, allowing for easy adjustment of stuffing levels. In additon we have incorportated a small lumbar pocket behind the lower roll. As standard you will be supplied with two small inserts (one thick and one thin), that can be added to this pocket and by doing so increase the lumbar support. You can add either the thin-one or the thick one or both, depending on what feels comfortable to you.

The orange numbers below show the sizes of our stocked items (imported chairs). For these items the only possible modification that can be made is the addition of wheels, increasing the overall height of the chair.
