Are you looking at visiting the Perth Caravan and Camping show this year, but are concerned about the size of the venue and having too walk all day?
The answer is simple, you can hire a Mobility Scooter from us to make it easier. We offer Full-day Hire, Half-Day Hire and hourly hire options.

At a Glance:

Prices:
Full-Day Hire: $80 (8hrs)
Half-Day Hire: $60 (4hrs)
Hourly Rate: $30
Booking:
The best way to book is over the phone. This way we can ensure we match you with the most suitable scooter available. We will ask you the below questions to ensure your scooter suits your needs on the day
- A Name for the booking
- A contact number which we can reach you on, on the day
- Preferred Day of Hire
- Your Estimated arrival time. Please call us if you are late. Please ensure to read "Lateness, Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows" below.
- The Length of hire
- The Approximate weight of the user
- Your Preferences
- Your Credit Card for Payment
Payment:
We require full payment at the time of the booking.
Payment Options:
You can pay with your Credit Card over the phone at the time of booking. Alternatively, you can pay via a bank transfer, please ensure you email us with a remittance advice to [email protected] within 24hrs of making the booking, otherwise, the booking may be cancelled. Please ensure you add your name
What you will need on the day:
Please ensure you bring
- A drivers license or other form of ID, we will keep your ID as a security for your scooter while it's out on hire. It will be returned to you when the scooter is returned
- A Hat and sunscreen
- Plenty of Water
Lateness, Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows:
if you cancel your booking, we require a minimum of 24hour notice for you to receive a Full Refund.
Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% penalty. Meaning you will only receive a refund for 50% of the total hire cost that you have paid
No-Shows will be charged at a full hire fee and no refunds will be issued.
If you running late, please give us a call. We will hold your scooter for one hour after your booking time. If we don't hear from you, we will treat your booking as a no-show. Please note if you are running late, your booking time will be reduced.
Show Cancellations. If the show is cancelled, you will receive a full refund
Show Re-scheduled. If the show is rescheduled we will contact you to give you an option to move your booking to the new dates or to cancel your booking and receive a full refund
Damages:
Prior to commencing the hire, we will give you a run-down on the basic operation of each Mobility Scooter to ensure you feel comfortable driving it. We will also point out any major damage/damages on your scooter. You are welcome to take photos on your phone or make notes if you like. Any damages caused during the hire period to the equipment will be charged accordingly to your Credit Card.
Covid Safety:
We are committed to keep you and our team safe and will be following the current Covid requirements.
All Equipment will be thoroughly sanitized between customers.
Our Range:
We will offer a range of different scooters to suit individual preferences and requirements. These include small, medium and large scooters.
How to find us at the Show:
We will be located in the same spot as last year, next to site 300, which is in close vicinity of GATE 1 entry.

Please note, that in the past the Show has offered a courtesy buggy to pick people up and drop them where they need to go. Unfortunately, we will not be able to meet you at the trainstation or different gate locations. All scooters need to be returned to our assigned stall location when the rental period has finished.
